Here are the three (3) steps for making a UAE power of attorney with JustPOA:
Option 1: In-Person Notarization Process
If you are physically present in the UAE and wish to sign and notarize your POA, you can follow this procedure.
Step 1: Decide on the POA you need and place an online order for the same.
Step 2: Our POA professionals will draft the POA and deliver it to you for approval. After receiving your approval, we will translate it into Arabic.
Step 3: We'll help you complete the notarization in person at the Notary Public.
Option 2: E-Notarization Process
If you wish to notarize your POA remotely, you may opt for e-notarization. To pursue this option, you only need a valid passport.
Step 1: Choose the POA you need and place an online order on our website.
Step 2: We will prepare your customized draft and email it to you. If required, you may request amendments to the draft. Once you approve the final draft, we will translate it into Arabic.
Step 3: To complete the e-notarization process, you need to verify your identity over a video call.
As the principal of the POA, you are required to join the video call with the Notary Public officer. Over the call, the officer will verify your identity and the powers to be given on the power of attorney.
